Diane Smith, BA, MSE, is the principal editor and founder of Grey Sparrow Press. She writes about the homeless, refugees, the poor, the diminishing middle class, healthcare; those who have little visibility or power in society. Smith has garnered awards for her writing in Canada, England, and the United States.
Guest Copy Editor Anna Visser graduated from Dordt College in 2014 with a degree in music and English. This means she plays piano and organ, is in denial about a mean coffee addiction, and knows everything there is to know about comma placement. Along with Grey Sparrow, Anna has worked as a legislative editing assistant, she edits online educational courses, and she writes essays and stories whenever time and inspiration converge. Anna grew up in Canada, but she has also made homes in the Midwest and in California. She currently lives in the Twin Cities with her husband.
Volunteer editing and reading positions are available. A commitment for one year is required. Please forward a resume to email@example.com if you're interested.
